When you create an account or take part in projects, we may process identity information (name, username), email, files and project content you upload, messaging content, beta reader evaluations, assignment/approval status, and technical data obtained via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we process data

Data is processed to provide the service, manage project workflows, assign editors and readers, run offer and delivery steps, enable messaging, collect beta feedback, maintain security and abuse prevention, detect performance or technical issues, and fulfil legal obligations.

Partners or technical providers (hosting, email delivery, support) may access personal data only to the extent necessary and under our instructions. Other sharing is limited to applicable law and your explicit consent.
