Terms of Service

1. The service

451 Atelier is a platform for managing writing and project workflows—including editor assignment, beta reader assignment, delivery, revision, and in-project feedback.

2. Account and responsibilities

By using the platform you confirm that information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for messaging content.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the platform in ways that violate law, infringe copyright, harm personality rights, involve fraud, contain malware, or endanger security.

4. Intellectual property

You represent that you have the necessary rights in files and content you upload. 451 Atelier is not a party to the legality of user content but may review suspected violations and take appropriate action.

5. Use of evaluation reports

The evaluation report is prepared for the applicant’s own writing and publishing process. The applicant may share the report with their own editor, consultant, representative, or a publisher they are considering. Unauthorized sale of the report, publishing it in full publicly, presenting it in altered form as if issued by 451 Atelier, or using it for advertising is prohibited.

6. Messaging

In-project messaging is provided for coordination between editors and administrators. You accept that messages may be stored.

7. Suspension

The Service Provider may suspend accounts or restrict access to projects where there is suspected violation, security need, or legal obligation.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. The Service Provider is not liable to the maximum extent permitted for third-party acts or harm arising from user content.

9. Governing law

Turkish law applies to disputes arising under these terms.
